If you’re wondering why our volunteer service is called VarsityVan, read on...
Growing up, my family always had a reliable minivan. It carried everything, from friends to practice, piles of sports gear, teammates for weekend tournaments, and even my brother to college. Whether it was me, my family, or our friends, there was always room for one more.
When I started VarsityVan, I wanted to bring that same spirit of teamwork, support, and showing up for others into our volunteer work. Just like the van that carried us through busy seasons of life, VarsityVan is here to carry helping hands wherever they’re needed across Westchester County. We even use our van to transport volunteers to projects all over the area.
Our “van” is more than just a vehicle, it’s a symbol of community, service, and being ready to step in and help
Thanks for riding with us on this journey!
